Pietrarii lui Burebista
The crown of fortresses from the Orăștiei Mountains bears the seal of the great Dacian king Burebista. He was the first to dream of building in the clouds, unheard fortresses in those days. Spread over 200 square kilometers and fortified with stone walls, it was necessary for an entire mountain to be carved and then climbed into the high plateaus. (Romanian version)
